Confirm Your Booking & Submit Details

Once the viewing arrangements and fee are agreed upon, make payment to confirm your booking. Provide the property addresses, available floor plans, and relevant household members’ birth dates and times for preparation.

On-Site Property Assessment

Master Soo visits both shortlisted properties to assess their orientation, actual layout, and surrounding environment, considering these alongside your household’s BaZi.

Receive On-the-Spot Advice

During the visits, Master Soo explains each property’s suitability, key concerns, and possible adjustments. You will receive a clear recommendation on whether each home is suitable for purchase from a Feng Shui perspective.
