By placing an order with Qiora, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

 

Qiora reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion at any time.

 

 

Natural Variations: All products sold by Qiora are crafted from natural crystals and gemstones. Due to their nature, natural crystals may exhibit inherent characteristics including, but not limited to, internal ice cracks, inclusions (cotton/clouds), mineral specks, color variations, and slight size differences. These are natural features and shall not be considered as defects or damage.

 

Product Imagery: We make every effort to display the colors and details of our products accurately. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to device screen settings, lighting during photography, or batch variations in natural stone.

 

 

Wrist Measurements: Customers are strictly responsible for providing accurate actual wrist size measurements (in centimeters/inches) at the time of purchase. Please do not provide bracelet outer diameter measurements.

 

Resizing: While Qiora provides a one-time complimentary resizing service, any shipping fees incurred to transport the item to and from our office must be fully borne by the client.

 

Custom Orders: Custom-made, modified, or personalized crystal pieces are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once production has commenced.

 

 

All prices listed are in SGD (or local specified currency) and are subject to change without prior notice.

 

Full payment must be completed before an order is processed or shipped. Qiora reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of payment failure or suspected fraudulent transactions.

 

 

Third-Party Logistics: Delivery lead times are estimates provided by courier services and are not guaranteed. Qiora is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier operations, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

 

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for all items pass to the customer upon our transfer of the shipment to the carrier.

 

 

All purchases and returns are subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

 

Strict Non-Refundable Policy: We do not provide cash refunds. Any approved returns will be issued in the form of Store Credit only.

 

3-Day Reporting Rule: Any issues regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within three (3) calendar days after receiving your item (based on tracking records). Claims submitted beyond this period will be rejected.

 

 

All content on this website, including but not limited to brand names, logos, text, graphics, product photography, and design concepts, is the exclusive property of Qiora. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
